Internal "Get All" cheat menu.

Load the game by typing ALIEN /J and you'll game a number of gifts
that will help you during the game.

With this enabled, and whilst on a SIDE view, pressing C will bring
up the "get all" menu, which will enable you to get a whole number
of new bits......
